Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our refund and
cancellation policy before booking:

• Deposit (30%)
  This covers booking confirmation, itinerary planning, and visa support
  documentation.
• Cancellations 30 days or more before travel
  Eligible for a 50% refund of the full amount (excluding deposit).
• Cancellations less than 30 days before travel
  No refund due to confirmed bookings with our partners.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations
  No refund.
  

Visa Denials
If your visa application is denied, you will receive a full refund. Just send us a copy of
the official visa refusal letter from the embassy or consulate.
